The bed was comfy, but the sheets had a cigarette smell.

my stay at rockbridge inn was almost pleasant, if it weren’t for the dismal cobwebs in the bathroom and the sheets smelling like cigarettes. i expected a room upgrade for my trouble but was treated like any other guest. in the end, i just couldn’t bring myself to leave a good review, how tragic.

Decent cleanliness, with a nice view from the rooms offering a sense of space despite a few limitations outside.
The bathroom remodel left much to be desired, especially with a cramped sink area and a shower head placed too low for tall guests. The bed frame has design flaws making it easy to scrape against sharp corners, and outdoor seating options need improvement, with only two chairs for communal use.

The room was surprisingly spacious with clean accommodations, making our two-night stay restful. The excellent AC provided comfort during the hot summer days, and the location was conveniently close to town. While some rooms showed signs of aging, renovations are underway, hinting at future improvements. However, the bathroom setup could use attention for better functionality. Fresh coffee in the office was a delightful touch that brightened our mornings.

Great location. very quiet with beautiful rolling hill views. It was a relief being able to park right in front of our very clean and spacious room. The recent renovations made a real difference, and the fresh coffee in the lobby was a nice touch! 😊

Adequate Stay with Some Drawbacks
The stay was decent, though the ambiance at night felt unsettling with some rooms showing signs of neglect. Ensure to choose a room away from the unoccupied areas for a more comfortable feel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which added a nice touch to our visit.

the lack of dining options nearby was a bit of a hassle. but the view was beautiful, and the room felt more like an apartment than a hotel. the owner was really friendly too.
